[He doesn't even blink at Gabriel's arrival as if he was expecting his younger sibling.]

I was there, I saw what they were doing with what they got from you. Then I burned it to the ground. [Michael went Old Testament on the damn place.]

What? Rewind and explain that in a way that actually makes sense. [Yep. Gabriel's... definitely sounding a little panicky.]

[Sighs.]

Don't you read the news? My work made the headline the other day. [Though he does "rewind".] Lucifer and I were summoned to a SERO lab and what I found there were little monstrous angels that they had cloned. They had all sorts of research that they had done based off of samples they had gotten from one of us. [The way he says it is like he knows it was Gabriel they had gotten it from, though there's no blame or anger in the words.] We killed all of those involved in the project, destroyed the research and the clones before I burned the entire place down.

[And Gabriel just... stares.]

[Yeah, that's... pretty much all he's got.]

Did you know they had taken samples from you?

It didn't really occur to me. [He sounds particularly agitated- then again, who wouldn't?]

The lab and everything in it may be gone forever but I cannot guarantee that this is over. There could be other labs, other research, other unnatural creatures ready to spring to life.

[These things were different from Gabriel's child. At least it would have been born in a way that was natural to all creatures.]

And? [Gabriel's not pleased with any of this, but it's out of his hands and he's not touching anything like SERO again. He tried it, he failed, and while he'd never accept failure normally, there's only so much he can do. It's a horrible realization, but he can't do everything.]
