Ella's primarily working part time, so she has different shifts. Tuesday and Thursday she works 8PM-12AM, and Wednesday and Friday she works 10PM-2AM. As for clothing, she'll wear what she's told to wear, and she tends to be chatty with the people she's serving. Mostly she's working as a waitress, but on the days where someone might be unable to perform, she'll work the entertainment - playing either the mandolin or violin, and singing accompaniment, whatever is needed to fill the spot that evening.
And oh most importantly - she is under that obedience curse. But she does a pretty good job at covering it up :D;;
