[Gabriel almost smiles. Halfway. It's more of a grimace, but it's the best thing you're getting out of him when Jinx could be dying down there and it makes it perfectly clear that what he says next is meant to be a sad ghost of a joke.] You have no idea how bad I want to drop kick you off this roof right now.

That maybe he should have done something before this got out of hand... Before he and Jinx got so attached... Before an abomination in the eyes of many became something they made plans about. Something they named...

But he doesn't. All he does is shake his head and walk back inside.]
